Our client is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Learning & Development specialist who has either one+ years of experience designing training materials – videos, eLearning modules etc. OR has taken adult education courses (ADDIE) and is looking to launch their career in Learning, Development & Training.
Assisting senior L&D specialists, you will work with internal colleagues, external stakeholders and your L&D team to support the organizational Learning & Development needs.
Key focus:
Supporting the design, development, review and updating of eLearning modules, microlearning, videos, webinars and all other content; using Adult Learning Principals and L&D tech tools.
Write, edit and format documentation and materials in both French and English.
You must have excellent communication skills – and be fluent in both French and English. You will be assisting in delivering written content in both languages. As you will deliver training sessions, strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging energy is also needed.
A great attitude, a ‘how can I help’ style, fluency in French and English and a desire to grow your career in Learning & Development are key to landing this job.
