Position Overview

As a Learning Specialist at CAA Club Group, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs that enhance knowledge retention and reinforce learning. Your expertise in instructional design and delivery will enable you to create engaging and effective training experiences for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our team members
  • Utilize various instructional techniques and formats to present information and promote learning
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to achieve our training goals
  • Develop and deliver training programs using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry
  • Experience in training development and delivery using different modalities
  • French language proficiency is an asset
