Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our business objectives
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage and motivate learners
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry
  • Experience in training development and delivery using different modalities
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is an asset
  • French language proficiency is an asset
