Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Specialist to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating training programs to our contracted network of service providers and fleet who deliver our tow, battery, and light service support to our Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs to our service providers and fleet
• Research, plan, and develop new training programs that engage learners
• Liaise with business leaders in the development and enhancement of training programs
• Understand our call taking and dispatching procedures and facilitate training programs for our new and existing Associates
• Maintain training records for all sessions delivered
• Stay current on the automotive industry and training trends to enhance our training programs
• Maintain our training trucks and perform circle-checks as needed
• Work closely with Fleet leadership to maintain all courses and support initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma, preferably in Adult Education or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or adult education including hands-on training
• Experience within automotive or towing environment or an aptitude for automotive knowledge is preferred
• Ability to train in various settings, including corporate office, outdoors, and contractors' facilities
• Valid G driver's licence
