As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who will grow overall affiliate revenue and elevate our affiliate program through hands on engagement with our affiliates.


Job Description


The Affiliate Manager will be instrumental in managing and improving the performance of our affiliate network by providing training, accountability, personalized support and educational materials. Their role will include affiliate onboarding, sales training, ongoing nurturing and direct growth of each affiliate.


Key Responsibilities


  • Affiliate Performance Management: Develop strategies to monitor and enhance affiliate performance, focusing on top performers and identifying high-potential opportunities.
  • Affiliate Video Curation: Prompt affiliates to regularly produce videos, review them for alignment with Bioedge's content strategy, and provide feedback to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Video Content Creation: Develop and film video content for affiliate training and sales enhancement, covering product details, sales techniques, and program benefits.
  • Training and Education: Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, teaching affiliates how to effectively prescribe and sell supplements.
  • Program Development: Design and manage engaging programs such as challenges, deals, and events to motivate and incentivize affiliates, including a "Bioedge Member of the Month" contest.
  • Goal Setting and Accountability: Assist affiliates in setting achievable sales goals and provide regular support to ensure these targets are met.
  • Documentation and Development: Document best practices and develop a robust affiliate management framework to support departmental and organizational growth.


Measures of Success


  • Growth in revenue per affiliate
  • Affiliate satisfaction
  • Collection and organization of affiliate content to support our overall content strategy
  • Continual improvement in Bioedge’s Affiliate Management competency


Requirements


  • Proven experience in affiliate management preferably within the health, wellness, or fitness industry, with a strong focus on direct sales strategies and video training content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to implement sales promotion initiatives.
  • Experience using affiliate management technology together with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Experience in coaching and training
