As a young, growing company in the health and fitness supplement industry, Bioedge is known for our all natural health and fitness supplements that taste mouth-wateringly good. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor for Consultative Sales calls directly with our existing consumers and potential customers.


Position Overview


In this role, the Sales Advisor will connect with customers over the phone to learn about their goals, help them choose the right Bioedge products for them, and answer any questions. The ideal candidate will integrate a nutrition-focused approach to ensure customers receive personalized and effective advice.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct consultative sales calls with existing and potential customers to understand their health and fitness goals and sell the products that are right for them
  • Provide expert advice on Bioedge Sciences' products, explaining their benefits and how they align with the customer's needs.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and addressing any customer concerns or objections.
  • Manage booking appointments for consultations, both through direct customer bookings and referrals from our affiliates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and the latest in health and nutrition trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training to become a nutrition and supplement expert if not already qualified.
  • Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

  • Collection of UGC to support our overall content strategy
  • Continual improvement in Bioedge’s Sales competency


Requirements


  • Background in nutrition, dietetics, or a related health field preferred.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales or a similar role, ideally in the fitness and health supplement category
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
