Therefore, we are currently in search of a skilled **Procurement & Inventory Coordinator** to join our team at our Calgary location. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our procurement, inventory purchasing, demand planning, and accounts payable processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all procurement and purchasing activities.
- Develop and manage demand planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Process and track purchase orders (POs) in NetSuite.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.

Inventory Control & Receiving
- Oversee inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to optimize stock levels.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately in NetSuite.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when needed.
- Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and resolving any discrepancies.

Cross-Functional Support
- Assist in other departments as needed—our team culture values flexibility
- Learn and understand our business to contribute effectively to company growth.
- Be willing when required—no job is too big or too small.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **3+ years of relevant experience** in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Strong proficiency in **NetSuite**.
- Experience with **demand planning, purchasing, and accounts payable**.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—someone who takes initiative.
- A strong team player who thrives in a **fast-paced, hands-on environment**.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
