**Job Summary**:
The **Inventory Coordinator** is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records and optimizing inventory control procedures. This role plays a critical part in supply chain efficiency by overseeing the flow of products and materials, preventing stock discrepancies, and supporting purchasing and logistics functions.

This position will report to our Operations Manager, Manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g. NetSuite, Power Apps, Smart Count etc.).
- Perform Cycle Inventory Counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify and report inventory shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Responsible as the backup scheduler during vacations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree; or College Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years related experience preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in an ERP / Inventory Software (Netsuite; SAP; Microsoft Dynamics 365, other); and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move materials (if applicable) and work in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience and license preferred but not required. Must be willing to learn and be trained.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Will involve working in a warehouse and factory environments.
- Standing, walking, and lifting may be required during shifts.
- Regular working schedule will be Day shift, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day). May include some evenings or weekends at Quarter and Year End.

- Is based on-site at our Trusscore Calgary plant location.
