Our client, a rapidly growing global CPG organization, is currently partnering with Nick Kanaan of Lock Search Group to find their next Office Administration Manager. The ideal candidate applies strong accounting knowledge to support daily operations while thriving in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability, organization, and effective multitasking. The incoming Office Administration Manager will oversee workflow and delegate tasks to ensure smooth team operations, consistently meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Experience in logistics and international shipping is considered a valuable asset. This role requires a supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a collaborative, growth-focused team culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day administrative operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized office environment. Apply accounting principles to support invoicing, cost tracking, expense reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks effectively, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development. Manage workflow across departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipments, track inventory levels, and support order fulfillment activities. Assist in managing international logistics documentation, customs requirements, and communication with global partners. Prepare and maintain records, reports, schedules, and operational documentation as needed. Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment through strong leadership and communication. Act as a key administrative point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in administration, office management, operations, or related roles; CPG or logistics experience is an asset. Strong foundation in accounting practices, financial administration, and analytical problem-solving. Prior experience managing logistics processes, inventory control, order management, or supply chain coordination is preferred. Proven ability to supervise teams, manage workflow, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with UNIX or inventory systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, customers, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, maintain composure under pressure, and drive continuous operational improvements. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary $90,000 – 100,000K and benefits package. This will be based in their Victoria based office Monday – Friday.
