Job DescriptionSales Executive – ChartersApex seeks a dynamic Sales Executive – Charters to lead and grow their charter sales business across luxury and commercial yachts and ships. Based in Seychelles, you’ll be at the heart of the Indian Ocean yachting scene, working with high-net-worth clients, captains, brokers, and agents from around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement targeted sales strategies for yacht and ship chartersProspect and secure new business from individuals, brokers, agents, and tour operatorsBuild strong, lasting relationships with captains, ship agents, and clients to ensure repeat bookings and referralsCoordinate with operations and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service from booking to disembarkationPrepare proposals, contracts, and itineraries professionally and efficientlyRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marine events both locally and internationallyStay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to keep us ahead of the curveMinimum Requirements2–4 years of proven sales experience in yachting, tourism, hospitality, or maritime servicesFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales reportingSolid understanding of yacht charter operations or the maritime industry (preferred)A strong network within the Indian Ocean marine or tourism industriesExceptional communication and negotiation skills with international clienteleFluent in English, French, and Spanish – both written and spokenHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedAble to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as neededA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the regionDiploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or Tourism ManagementWhat We OfferOffice-based in Seychelles, with frequent site visits to marinas, ports, and vesselsInteraction with both local and international clientsCollaborative, fast-paced maritime services environmentCompetitive basic salary plus incentivesDynamic, supportive team cultureOpportunity to work with top brands in the industryGrowth and training opportunitiesCompany DescriptionFrom bustling hotel kitchens and cozy cafés to supermarket shelves and corner stores, APEX.sc keeps Seychelles stocked with the world’s most trusted brands.
