Your Responsibilities Lead small and medium-sized client engagements from start to finish Understand client operations, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions Work on review and compilation engagements, as well as personal and corporate tax filings Prepare and review working papers, financial statements, and tax returns in accordance with firm and regulatory standards Assist in planning and preparing succession and corporate reorganization strategies Communicate key engagement matters to Partners and keep them updated on progress Prepare tax filings (T1, T2, T4, T5, HST) and coordinate with tax authorities when required Collaborate with internal tax teams to ensure queries are resolved and deadlines met Use CaseWare and Taxprep proficiently Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office Thrieve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, client-focused environment Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Experience Minimum of 3 years in Accounting (required) Work Location In-person - Tillsonburg location Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Synectics Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
