**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits as necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with team members across departments.
