Overview Lead store sales efforts to drive top line results and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Support execution of company strategy, manage selling costs and digital sales initiatives, and develop a high performing sales team through coaching and performance management. Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve KPI and top line sales goals Analyze sales and performance data to maximize opportunities and client acquisition Manage controllable and non controllable store expenses and budget efficiency Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity Oversee customer experience and nurture relationship based selling culture Coordinate trunk shows events and promotions with buying and marketing partners Ensure adherence to health safety and loss prevention protocols Attract hire and retain coaching team while providing on the floor coaching Requirements 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store Flexible availability including opening closing shifts weekdays and weekends Proven track record improving sales related KPIs through team execution Experience coaching developing and documenting performance improvements Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans Experience across menswear categories including tailored clothing and made to measure preferred Welcoming inclusive mindset and alignment with company core values #J-18808-Ljbffr
