OverviewLead store sales and team development for a luxury menswear location, driving top line results, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. Responsible for executing company strategy, maximizing sales opportunities including digital channels, and overseeing events and vendor relationships. Act as a coach and leader to attract hire and retain talent while maintaining store standards and compliance.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and ensure KPIs and top line goals are met and exceededAnalyze performance data to identify client acquisition and retention opportunitiesManage store expenses and optimize payroll and productivityChampion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targetsPlan schedules and deploy resources to maximize selling effectivenessOversee planning and execution of trunk shows events and promotionsMaintain health safety and loss prevention protocolsProvide on the floor coaching conduct assessments and develop high performing teamsAttract hire and retain coaching team and sellers and manage onboarding and trainingRequirements4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a storeProven track record of improving sales related KPIs through team driven strategiesExperience coaching educating and developing sales teams including performance improvement plansStrong business acumen in luxury retail with ability to execute business plansExperience across menswear departments including tailored clothing and made to measure preferredAbility to deliver exceptional customer experience and develop clienteleExperience managing budgets schedules and vendor relationshipsInclusive mindset and alignment with company core values #J-18808-Ljbffr
