At our Mont Saint-Grégoire facility, we seek a visionary Site Manager to spearhead our journey, leading with passion, precision, and a relentless pursuit of quality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Head the Mont Saint-Grégoire plant's daily operations focusing on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Craft and manage production schedules and resources to exceed business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing production processes for unmatched efficiency and quality.
- Guide and develop a versatile team, ensuring optimal performance, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Maintain and enhance plant infrastructure and operations, foreseeing and resolving challenges proactively.
- Steer comprehensive inventory management to support operational needs while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive plant success, aligning with the company's vision.
- Administer the plant's financial operations, setting and achieving budgetary and financial goals.
- Lead efficiently and compassionately during emergency situations, minimizing impact and safeguarding the team and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Situated in St Gregoire, Quebec, advocating bilingual proficiency.
- Deep-rooted experience in plant/production management within the energetic materials, mining, or civil engineering sectors a plus
- Proven leadership in managing dynamic and diverse team settings, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a requisite High School Diploma or GED; Forklift certification preferred.
- Valid Minimum class 3 driving license a plus.
