Job Summary Location: RBC Bank, Montreal Schedule: Monday to Friday We are seeking an Executive Chef with a fine‑dining background to lead a high‑end kitchen serving an exclusive clientele. A passionate creator, attentive to products, flavor, and detail. Tasks and Responsibilities Creation & Gastronomy Imagine, design, and execute creative, seasonal gourmet menus. Research, select, and highlight high‑quality products from pre‑approved producers and suppliers. Develop an elegant, creative, and cohesive cuisine focused on taste, precision, and emotion. Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, train, and support the professional development of a high‑performing, committed kitchen brigade.à Establish a culture of excellence, rigor, and attention to detail. Management & Performance Lead culinary operations with a strategic vision focused on quality, cost control, productivity, and sustainability. Manage budgets and inventories, control costs, and track performance indicators. Client Experience Deliver a consistent, seamless, and memorable gastronomic experience. Work closely with the service team to meet client needs. Desired Profile Proven experience in fine dining or high‑end establishments. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine‑dining establishment. Ability to creatively integrate culinary trends and modern presentation into operations. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with rigor, precision, and attention to detail. Comfortable with administrative tasks.
