Event Execution Lead the planning and execution of on-site, virtual events, and internal events. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event evaluations. Ensure every event (external or internal) are inclusive, high-quality, and reflective of the luxury experience our brand represents. Resident Engagement & Communication Develop communication plans to promote events through email, social media, signage, and resident portals. Gather resident feedback and insights to continuously improve engagement strategies Build relationships with residents to foster a welcoming and connected community atmosphere. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to support resident retention and brand storytelling.
