Deveraux's new Resident Experience and Engagement Manager will lead the charge in designing, planning, and executing engaging events and initiatives that elevate resident satisfaction and foster a strong sense of community. This role blends creativity, strategy, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

What you bring...
- 4+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, community engagement, or property management.
- Proven success in designing and executing events that drive participation and satisfaction.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clientele is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required, with offsetting flex time.

Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a portfolio-wide resident event and engagement strategy aligned with brand values and resident demographics.
- Create annual and seasonal event calendars tailored to each property's unique amenities and resident interests.
- Collaborate with property-based teams to identify engagement opportunities and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Event Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of on-site, virtual events, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure every event (external or internal) are inclusive, high-quality, and reflective of the luxury experience our brand represents.
Resident Engagement & Communication
- Develop communication plans to promote events through email, social media, signage, and resident portals.
- Gather resident feedback and insights to continuously improve engagement strategies
Build relationships with residents to foster a welcoming and connected community atmosphere.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to support resident retention and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless event execution and community alignment.
- Present regular status updates, engagement metrics, and event performance insights to senior management.
- Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance event offerings and community involvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Leasing departments to optimize and manage the Deveraux Resident Reward Program, ensuring it aligns with resident interests and drives engagement.
