Position Overview

Intrahealth is looking for a high-energy account executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With your extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You will also assist in developing sales strategies and identifying target markets.

You are a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. You are organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and can identify solutions in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.


Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a steady revenue stream for the company.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competitors.
  • Proactively guide customers through their product options to identify an optimal solution.
  • Lead the response to RFIs / RFPs.


Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong reputation in the market.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with potential and current customers to create a better customer experience.


Market Analysis & Product Feedback

  • Stay informed about the healthcare industry, technological changes, and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the product development team to convey customer needs and market insights.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Use CRM systems for tracking sales metrics and data analysis.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to develop effective strategies and materials.
  • Engage with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product alignment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of a software product company in the healthcare space, including an understanding of development cycles and processes.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple opportunities in a long sales cycle while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Nice to haves:
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record software.
