Salesforce Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner who has comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and proven experience in managing and optimizing CRM solutions to meet business goals. The candidate will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, collaborate with users to enhance their experience by improving usability and functionality of the Salesforce platform, and promote best practices in user experience design to keep the platform intuitive and accessible for all users. Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure the Salesforce platform effectively meets those needs. Design client‑centric solutions focused on enhancing client engagement and adoption, staying current with Salesforce innovations and broader industry trends. Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the most valuable features and improvements. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features and enhancements (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives). Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications to guide the development process. Continuously monitor performance and usage of the Salesforce platform, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal performance. Develop and deliver training and provide support to users to ensure adoption and effective use of the Salesforce platform. Lead and coach a team of Salesforce support resources, set goals, define success metrics/KPIs, and support professional growth through regular feedback and development. Qualifications Minimum of 5‑8 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce. Experience working within the Wealth Management industry and familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) edition preferred. Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, hybrid team environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among team members.
