The Role The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staffing, inventory management and customer service. The Store Manager will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Successful candidates will be skilled in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience while simultaneously driving sales. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for recruiting strong sales-focused individuals to join your team through active job boards and by leveraging your existing network. You will train, coach and develop sales associates to be high performers, driven to exceed sales targets and performance expectations. You will be the Chief Culture Officer of your store, leading by example on what is expected of your team. You will handle weekly scheduling for all sales associates You will act as a support to sales associates in their daily activities Who We Are Looking For 5-10 years of experience working in retail sales with a focus on creating strong relationships and lasting rapport with current and future clients A proven track record in cross selling clients on multiple products and services Experience leading and developing a high performing sales team while managing turnover Strong network of sales representatives who bring experience interacting with clientele of all ages Working At Neo The people who thrive at Neo are resourceful, growth-oriented, and driven to win.
