**Job Duties**
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff

**Supervision**

**Wage**:$56,255 annually / 30 hours per week

**Skills Requirements**:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to 3 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56,255.00 per year

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
