Title of Position: Retail Store Manager

Job Duties/Tasks:

  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations

  • Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supplyshortages
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staffand/or volunteers
  • Oversee payroll administration

Wage: $64,350 annually / 30 hours per week
