Role Overview

As a Practice Consultant at BoomerangFX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our software. You will be the first point of contact after sales, responsible for walking clients through our program, solving problems, escalating issues when necessary, and training clinic staff on how to effectively utilize our software. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other teams within the company to continuously grow, learn, and contribute to our sales efforts.


Responsibilities

First Contact after Sales:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in our software solutions. Conduct kick-off calls with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.


Client Onboarding and Program Walkthrough:

Guide clients through our software program, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of its features and functionalities. Customize training sessions based on individual client requirements and preferences.


Problem Solving and Issue Escalation:

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges clients may encounter during their usage of our software. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.


Software Training and Support:

Provide comprehensive training sessions to clinic staff on how to effectively use the BoomerangFX software. Offer ongoing support and assistance to ensure clients are maximizing the benefits of our software.


3 Steps in the Role:

Kick-off Call:

Initiate communication with the client to understand their specific needs and preferences. Gather relevant information to tailor training sessions and support accordingly.


Data Migration Team Coordination:

Liaise with the data migration team to ensure a smooth transition of client data into our software system. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address any data-related issues or concerns.


Software Training Sessions:

Conduct personalized training sessions for clinic staff on how to effectively utilize the BoomerangFX software. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients are proficient in using the software to optimize their operations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or software consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with training and delivering presentations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is desirable.
