**The Opportunity**:
The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for sales and marketing administration and support, including reporting, marketing assistance, customer onboarding and sales agent onboarding. This role assists with managing departmental needs to effectively onboard and retain clients and sales agents.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Sales & Marketing Administration
- Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting
- Organize and maintain client records and sales and marketing documentation
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
- Plan, organize and communicate sponsorships, social and corporate events as well as sales
- meetings
- Related duties assigned by supervision or management

Customer Onboarding
- Collaborate with internal department members to provide a positive customer experience
- Communicate with customers during onboarding process to ensure their needs are met
- Follow up on outstanding internal and customer needs prior to start-up of new business
- Enter customer data into Challenger’s systems
- Create and maintain customer profiles

Agent Support & Management
- Work closely with Challenger’s internal departments to help introduce and facilitate Agents working within Challenger’s processes and procedures
- Ensure a high level of Agent satisfaction maintaining close contact with assigned Agents on a daily or as frequent as necessary basis
- Monitor and respond to existing and prospective Agent inquiries
- Onboard new Agents - IT set up, orientation, training and enrollment in tools
- Perform account vetting within SalesForce
- Assist with commission payments

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at various levels is required
- Strong computer skills
- Understanding and sense of Elements and Principles of Design
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a busy
- environment to meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills
