Responsibilities Directs and coordinates all regional operations activities Plans, directs, and coordinates administrative activities within the identified region, including policy and procedure formulation, strategic planning, business development, and operational planning Develops and monitors regional budgets and ensures adherence to financial goals Monitors resource utilization, improves operational efficiencies, and reduces expenses Monitors patient satisfaction and implements programs to continually enhance services Collaborates with the Regional Medical Director to enhance provider satisfaction, productivity, and performance Evaluates opportunities for business development and expansion within the region; collaborates with other departments as needed Oversees implementation of expansion projects within the region Develops and implements regional health center business plans; monitors progress toward goals Facilitates regional committee meetings and teams Develops, implements, and measures adherence to policies and procedures Ensures PHI handling complies with HIPAA standards Performs additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience 6+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting Medical group experience Experience leading teams to develop analytics and data analysis critical to organizational success Experience conducting root cause analysis and identifying optimal solutions Ability to direct preparation of various financial analyses and data mining activities Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite Preferred Qualifications IPA operations management experience Managed care experience Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
