PICA empowers our Strategic Business Unit Managers with a wide array of support resources, including engineering expertise, sourcing assistance, quality support, inventory management, customer service, and marketing tools. It’s up to you to leverage these resources strategically to drive success and achieve your business objectives. Our Business Development Offices, strategically located across the country, ensure a local presence to deliver tailored customer engagement. This enables us to meet customer needs with precision and build stronger partnerships within each region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and execute sales and marketing objectives, aligning efforts with emerging market trends in high‑tech sectors such as Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors. Customer Engagement : Manage and grow an existing customer base while proactively identifying new prospects and expanding relationships. Tailor strategic sales efforts to capture opportunities in cutting‑edge industries. Independent Ownership : Operate autonomously as a seasoned professional, fully responsible for managing your portfolio. Leverage central resources as needed while taking full accountability for customer success and growth initiatives. Proactive Business Development : Consistently seek new projects, identify and evaluate leads, and expand the customer base through innovative solutions and personalized engagement. Team Management : Recruit and lead account‑specific sales representatives, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results and drives growth across diverse regions and sectors. Project Management : Oversee project lifecycles, from initial development to production ramp‑up, collaborating with Account Managers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless delivery of Flex PCBs and Rigid‑Flex Circuits. Sales Excellence : Spearhead pricing negotiations, close deals, and deliver consistent revenue growth, particularly in the Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors markets. Customer Satisfaction : Resolve customer concerns with efficiency, leveraging company‑wide resources to ensure long‑term satisfaction and strengthened relationships. Continuous Improvement : Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitors, recommending product and policy updates, and expanding your professional knowledge in the rapidly evolving electronics manufacturing landscape.
