About the job: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, effectively attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates. Implement sourcing strategies to target niche technical roles and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Conduct talent mapping and other activities to identify and target top technical talent. Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and create proposals, leading the negotiation and offer process. Alongside the recruitment coordinator, administrate the approval process, collect and create candidate documentation, and maintain document management best practices. Work closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner to ensure the best hiring decisions are made promptly. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and potentially other projects or recruitment initiatives. Participate in triannual co-op recruitment cycles, meeting tight deadlines for high-volume interviewing and selection. About the ideal candidate: Technical recruiting experience. Ability to produce quality results working under minimal supervision. Positive attitude and a team player. Strong communication skills to quickly build relationships with hard-to-find candidates. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple-step processes. Passionate about talent acquisition, industry best practices, and innovative talent attraction strategies. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Ability to support multiple hiring managers and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with a sense of urgency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
