About the job: - Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical and research positions, with a focus on AI and software roles - Source candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, online platforms, industry events, and academic institutions - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process - Build and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions, and professional communities to create talent pipelines - Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices in the tech and AI sectors - Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding - Track recruitment metrics and regularly report on hiring progress - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions About the ideal candidate: - Produces high-quality results with minimal supervision - Maintains a positive attitude and collaborates effectively with team members - Quickly builds relationships with hard-to-find candidates - Passionate about talent acquisition, knowledgeable about industry best practices, and innovative in talent attraction strategies - Results-oriented and proactive with a strong "can-do" attitude - Confident in recruitment skills and possesses strong negotiation abilities - Proficient in MS Office Suite - Experienced in managing multiple open vacancies and prioritizing hiring needs effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
