What You'll Do:

Educate and Engage: Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers about the exquisite range of Hardwood Giant products and services. Your goal? To create an immersive experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your knack for rapport building will be instrumental in expanding our customer base.
Solution-Oriented Sales: Listen attentively to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your ability to understand and address customer concerns will be pivotal in closing deals.
Market Insight: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activity. Your insights will empower us to stay ahead of the curve and continuously enhance our offerings.
Digital Engagement: Harness the power of social media platforms to engage with our audience. From crafting compelling posts to responding to inquiries, your digital savvy will drive engagement and generate leads.

What You Bring:

Sales Savvy: 1-2 years of proven success in a sales-driven environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Communication Mastery: Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to articulate product features and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
Problem-Solving Prowess: A solution-oriented mind-set with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Tech Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems or equivalent tools.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Availability: Full availability and willingness to work weekends(No students)
