Your journey starts here Job Overview We’re looking for a Global Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across a fast-growing live entertainment business. You’ll own our global strategy, run an always‑on content calendar, and collaborate with our internal Content Creator and studio teams to bring our most authentic moments to life. What You'll Be Doing Lead global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, IG, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Turn entertainment moments into social‑first narratives that build excitement. Work closely with our internal Content Creator and studio teams to produce engaging and authentic content. Own the content calendar, ensuring timely, high‑impact storytelling and manage approval processes. Track cultural trends and platform shifts to drive real‑time engagement. Oversee community management, tone‑of‑voice, and escalation processes. Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights. Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, influencers, and production partners. What We Need From You Experience managing global or multi‑market social media, ideally within entertainment, gaming, media, or creative industries. Strong platform knowledge and understanding of audience behaviour. Ability to translate authentic moments into compelling social content. Confident working with content creators, production teams, and talent. Excellent copywriting, planning, and communication skills. Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise content.
