Duties in scope

  • 3 BAU support of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail and Unified CallCenter Express
  • participation in the upgrade of the above mentitoned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024
  • participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems
  • 3 troublshooting of those systems
  • with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
  • and/or updating documenation of the above
  • video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)


Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation/maintenance of

  • Session Border Controller(SBC) and
  • Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
  • (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution


Key Competencies

  • team player
  • communication and documentation skills
  • least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned products
  • work independently


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice Gatewyas
  • knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version 12 and above
  • working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferable
  • knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
