About the Role The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a trusted partner to the CEO and a critical enabler of executive effectiveness across LNG Canada.
This role goes well beyond calendar management and administrative coordination. The Executive Assistant acts as a strategic coordinator, relationship manager and operational integrator, ensuring the CEO's time, attention,communicationsand stakeholder interactions are aligned with business priorities and organizationalobjectives.
The role is at the center of LNG Canada's executive ecosystem, interacting regularly with senior leaders, Joint Venture governance representatives, external stakeholders, Indigenous partners, government representatives, industry organizations, vendorsand community partners. The Executive Assistantrepresentsthe Office of the CEO with professionalism, discretion, soundjudgementand a deep understanding of LNG Canada's business priorities.
The role requires exceptional organizational capability, proactive problem solving, strong business acumen, outstanding relationship managementskillsand the ability toanticipateneeds in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Prepare briefing materials, background information, meeting packages,presentationsand stakeholder dossiers. Monitor emerging issues, keydeadlinesand commitments requiring CEO awareness or action.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. Build andmaintainstrong relationships across LNG Canada's executive team and broader organization. Connect with, build trust and nurture strong working relationships with peers and office-of-executive contacts across Joint Venture participants, shareholders, governments, industry partners, and other companies with whom LNG Canad
