Maple Craft Inc., a dynamic and rapidly growing B2B wholesale company specializing in handicrafts and novelties, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our expanding digital operations. Known for our agility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence,

Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Monitor and maintain all company websites, ensuring product listings, prices, categories, and banners are accurate and up-to-date. Identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Product Uploads: Add new products with high-quality images, SKUs, pricing, and stock levels. Test listings for accuracy and readiness.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports across all platforms, including Amazon, highlighting trends, bestsellers, and slow-moving products. Recommend items for promotions or campaigns.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Set up seasonal, holiday, and event-based sales, update banners, apply discounts, and communicate promotions with the Sales Team. Maintain a marketing calendar for upcoming campaigns.
- Content Updates: Refresh website banners, promotional flyers, and blogs to align with marketing initiatives.
- Amazon Management: Maintain product listings on Amazon, monitor orders, and coordinate with the warehouse for seamless fulfillment.
- Process Improvements: Proactively identify areas for improvement in website listings, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration, e-commerce, or website management (B2B/wholesale experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in website backend management, product listings, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
