We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a fast-growing professional Financial services firm in the financial space. This is a full-time contractor opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and knows how to anticipate needs, keep operations running smoothly, and serve as a trusted right hand to busy executives. Hours will be full time 9-5 but you will need to incorporate and act as independent contractor. What You'll Do Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel and logistics. Act as the key liaison between executives, clients, and partners—handling communications with professionalism and discretion. Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Prepare materials and briefing documents for meetings; record and track follow-up items. Support special projects, research, and operational tasks to keep priorities moving forward. Manage vendor relationships, expenses, and administrative workflows. Help improve internal processes and keep the team organized and on track What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or Operations Coordinator. Background supporting senior leaders in financial services, consulting, or professional services is an asset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Self-starter mindset — reliable, resourceful, and solutions-focused. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
