Sales Coordinator

This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in British Columbia. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director, providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesDay to day point of contact and support for the Sales TeamLiaise between Customer Marketing and SalesPrepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracyAssist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectivesAssist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and eventsMonthly Inventory ManagementLTO SubmissionData EntryCoordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as neededMaintain office spaceLocker managementSkillsSuperior interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)Strong planning and organizational skills with an aptitude for problem solvingExceptional time managementProven ability to manage multiple projects and respect tight deadlinesSolution and detail orientated with a high degree of careAccountable and with high degree of professional integrity and dedicationDisplays an entrepreneurial-spirit and is highly self-motivatedRequirementsExperience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positionsPost Secondary Education; certification in sales or marketing will be an assetExceptional computer skills (MS Office)Passion for wine & spirits (WSET training an asset)Ability to attend evening and weekends eventsOwn a car and a valid driver's licenseAbility to lift 30 lbs
