We are currently looking to bring on an energetic and entrepreneurial **Sales Coordinator** to assist our Sales team and our customers in bringing their ideas and projects to life through our unique signage solutions locally and across North America. This position is a great learning and growth opportunity for someone who is customer focused, have interests in being actively involved in different projects at the same time, making decisions and a potential progression into inside or outside sales.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will gain an understanding of our product and service capabilities along with assisting our Account Managers on fulfilling customer needs. You will also work with other stakeholders such as Project Management, Installation, Production, Estimating and Design teams to ensure customer requests are clear to produce an end result that is complete and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator include:
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of all product and service capabilities
- Identifying customer needs and translating them into internal actions
- Working with Account Managers on larger projects - being the liaison between the company, internally and with the customer
- Assisting Sales team in ensuring all projects are on target - budget, timeline and quality
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with multiple project stakeholders
- Collaborating with other department staff to prepare and present tender package documents
- Reviewing incoming sales inquiries and liaise with appropriate Account Managers
- Reviewing incoming sales inquiries and working through quotation as House Accounts
- Working together with the internal teams on potential projects for maximum efficiency, effective timelines and pricing strategies
- Gather, analyze and report on Sales metrics such as Prospects, Revenue, New Orders, Satisfaction Survey, etc. analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Contribute to our online and social media presence with other internal staff
**Requirements**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you must be positive and possess active communication, listening and presentation skills. You will be driven to succeed by seeking alternative and unique solutions to solving and resolving customer requirements. You are able to work independently and in collaboration with the team to build customer rapport that aligns with the overall Sales and Company goals. You have a sense of urgency and are determined, focused, diligent, charismatic, creative, patient, innovative and results oriented. As the “face of the Company”, you project a professional appearance and respectful demeanor to inspire confidence with each customer you interact with.
Additional requirements of the role include:
- High school degree required; college or university diploma/degree an asset
- Ability to pass a reference or background check
- You have an amazing outlook on opportunities and deliver exception customer experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience with customer service, sales, business development, managing customer relations and/or companies in a related business or industry
- Experience with industries such as architecture, interior design, general contracting, construction, signage, graphics, marketing, facilities management, etc. would be an asset
- Experience with industries such as real estate development, commercial, retail, hospitality, public institutions, etc. would be an asset
- Computer Skills - MS Office, MS Outlook, CRM and Windows environments
- Fluent English - reading, written and spoken
- Fluency in other languages would be an asset
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
