**Overview**

Job Duties:
1. Team Lead
- Develop door to door sales campaign and look at different channels to gain sales leads
- Supervise and mentor the door to door sales representatives, providing structure, schedule, monitor and training
- Monitor sales performance, setting targets and motivating the team to achieve goals
- Review sale leads generated by different sales teams, ensuring they are qualified and input into data system
- Assign generated leads to consultants and monitor closing efficiencies
- Report all sales and qualified leads to all necessary departments

2. Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with various personnel’s and departments such as customers, Engineers, Designers, the installation team, and project management to ensure smooth progress of the project
- Develop and stay on top of project timelines
- Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for project execution, maximizing profit for each project

3. Budget Management
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints

**Qualification**:

- Project Coordination Experience for 1 year
- Sales Experience for 1 year
- Strong understanding of Solar technologies and systems
- Experience pulling permits from various municipalities/cities
