We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Account Manager – Warehouse Staffing to join our growing team . This role focuses on generating new business within warehousing, distribution centres, manufacturing, and logistics environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling staffing services or working within warehouse operations and will excel at building strong client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and delivering effective labour solutions.

Key Duties
- Prospect, identify, and secure new warehouse and industrial clients requiring general labour, order pickers, packers, machine operators, forklift operators, and production staff.
- Conduct site visits to warehouses to better understand operational needs and staffing challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and recurring business.
- Present Yes Staffing's service offerings clearly, highlighting our strengths in reliability, workforce quality, and fast turnaround recruitment.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements that are competitive and mutually beneficial.
- Develop strategic sales plans to grow account revenue and expand service offerings within client sites.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, worker performance, and client success.
- Monitor job orders, placements, and client feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track all sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Analyze local market trends, industry labour demands, and competitor activity to stay ahead and strengthen our service positioning.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to expand connections and new sales channels.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within staffing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and the labour roles required (general labour, selectors, machine operators, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and contract-closing abilities with confidence in dealing with managers, supervisors, and HR teams.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and manage a full sales cycle independently.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
- Strong leadership qualities with the confidence to lead discussions, influence decision-makers, and manage complex negotiations.
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt solutions based on operational realities at each warehouse site.
