Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

Compensation: Range from $50,000- $65,000 / year salary
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves blending creativity with strategy. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing online visibility, and supporting all digital and content marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities/ Digital Marketing & Acquisition
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, keyword planning, and ongoing ranking improvements
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create high-quality content for social media, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and podcasts
- Film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, educational clips, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Write compelling captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional materials
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Branding & Strategy
- Support the development and execution of the company's brand strategy and visual identity
- Assist leadership in developing marketing plans, launch strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
Website & Email Marketing
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring pages, promotions, and content remain current
- Improve user experience, website flow, and landing pages
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, sequences, and automation
- Track email performance and suggest improvements to increase open and conversion rates
Promotions & Campaign Development
- Develop creative promotional concepts, seasonal campaigns, and client engagement strategies
- Launch and track promotions across email, social media, website, and in-house channels
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and website CMS platforms
- Skilled in content creation, including videography and short-form editing (TikTok/Reels)
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
