**Position Summary**:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator, with a focus on merchandising, creates and implements marketing strategies that support business development to drive new business. Support the marketing team to increase brand awareness through digital and traditional channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take initial photographs of trade-in vehicles.
- Maintain the status of vehicles on the website that have been sold and remove them from vehicle listing sites as required.
- Write new vehicle descriptions laying out the vehicle features, warranty, and information on the dealership.
- Ensuring vehicles/keys are ready for premium capture and communicating with third-party vendors.
- Perform walkaround videos of vehicles on the lot.
- Auditing the website to ensure all photos are showing correctly and no errors are present.
- Blog posts of new model releases.
- Assist with social media posting.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, journalism, business, or a related field, or previous experience.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license.
- Enjoy being creative.
- Have a love of cars.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and social media skills.
- Possess excellent project management and interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
- Thorough - ensures work is done correctly and thoroughly with attention to detail.
- The knowledge and ability to provide written descriptions for used vehicle inventory.
- Inherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and be trustworthy.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to listen and understand information and directions with follow-through.
- Ability to treat others with courtesy and respect.
- Ability to build professional relationships with vendors.
