**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Chef Supply is a restaurant equipment and supply dealer. We are looking for a team member who can add value and grow with our business.

The ideal team member is professional, organized and has excellent problem-solving skills. Bonus if they have a passion for food and cooking

Under the direction of the President and management team, this position is responsible for coordinating digital marketing and sales. This includes executing online merchandising and promotional initiatives, as well as managing the online customer experience.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with The Chef Supply president and Front end Web Developer.
- Coordinate design and marketing activity on social media, website and in store. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading and editing content and product information, executing promotions and campaigns, and creating marketing materials for in store use.
- Review and gather insights through customer feedback/reviews, sales data, site metrics and other sources to assist in the development and optimize existing and future marketing strategies.
- Manage the customer service on the website including customer orders, inquiries or requests and delegate to the respective associate.
- Participate in special projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or college diploma is required.
- Completion of post-secondary education with focus on e-commerce management or related experience.
- 3-5 years Sales and Marketing experience
- Strong understanding social media platforms and constant contact. Experience with Word Press, Woocommerce, and Illustrator is considered an asset.
- Experience with online an interactive marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of Google, including Google Merchant Centre, Ads and Analytics.
- Strong SEO, SEM and analytic skills.
- Strong working knowledge of content management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong computer skills and an ability to learn new software is critical. Experience with SAP is considered a huge asset.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8L 1H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing: 4 years (required)
- Google Marketing Platform: 1 year (preferred)
- Constant Contact: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
