Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Show Specialist located in Mississauga, ON. The Trade Show Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all trade show and event activities. Responsibilities include logistics management, vendor coordination, event marketing, booth setup and tear-down oversight, and ensuring on-site brand representation aligns with company standards. The role may also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish event goals and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Coordination, Trade Show Management, and Logistics skills
  • Marketing, Brand Representation, and Promotional Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with event management tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in event coordination, ideally in décor, retail, or luxury goods industries
