Compensation:
This role includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped, performance-based commission structure. We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the Canadian media industry, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly exceed their base earnings. In addition to regular commissions, the role features an annual performance bonus and additional financial incentives tied to specific sales initiatives.
