Job Description

The JDS Group of Companies is looking to hire a Project Accountant based out of Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Prepare client invoices.
  • Prepare project cost reports for distribution to Project Managers.
  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of monthly reporting.
  • Bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for related companies within the Group.
  • Assist with AP when required to meet month end reporting and cutoffs.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany invoices.
  • Management of general email inbox relating to customer invoicing, customer communication, and contracts management.
  • Maintain contract filing and records.
  • Set up project codes and communicate with appropriate project teams.
  • Preparation of statements of account and communication regarding overdue balances.
  • General office support, as required.
