About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Account Executive based in Kelowna, British Columbia, who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. In this role, you'll bring strategic insight and strong business acumen to drive sales growth with both new and existing clients. You'll represent a brand recognized worldwide for connecting people and ideas through exceptional logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on generating new business and expanding existing relationships.
- Consistently prospect within the region to identify opportunities among high-value potential clients ( $50K to $1.5M+ annual potential).
- Deliver engaging, solution-oriented presentations to key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Build trusted partnerships with clients through ongoing consultation, performance reviews, and customer success strategies.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate territory sales potential, and leverage data-driven insights to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service quality, and a superior customer experience.
About You
You are a natural relationship builder with a consultative approach to sales and a drive to exceed goals. You combine strategic thinking with sharp execution and love connecting people with meaningful solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales environment.
- Proven success managing major accounts and engaging with C-suite decision-makers.
- Exceptional presentation, relationship, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
