Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various administrative functions while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a knack for digital marketing, and a familiarity with various software tools to enhance our advertising and marketing efforts.

Duties

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Utilize Canva, Capcut, Office 365 to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Manage and update content on excel sheets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Support business activities by managing client files and promotions online.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as needed
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing
  • event/travel/bookings when necessary
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Schedule and coordinate staff/ client/ team meetings
  • Collect and distribute mail/email/paperwork
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage agent/team block of business
  • Maintain a positive environment
  • Communicate and update tasks/responsibilities regularly
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when vital
  • Document and prioritize important data to help the leadership team make critical decisions

  • Proactively design and execute templates, deadlines, analyses, and procedures to streamline

  • Collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create and design different reports to help aid decisions

Skills

  • Proficiency in canva, microsoft office 365 for design-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with common computer applications for website management and content updates.
  • Knowledge of basic designer aesthetic sense to enhance design and flyers
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of adobe software is a plus but not required.

Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
