Marketing/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics for insights and optimization.
  • Respond to customer quotation.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or office admin.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Language Requirement: Mandarin or Cantonese Language
