Innovation, Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Bring a change-ready mindset, open, adaptable, and excited to learn as we introduce AI and automation tools into our finance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve the way we work, contributing to a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Take initiative to refine your own processes and help the team perfect theirs, understanding that small improvements lead to big results.
  • Participate actively in training and team discussions, contributing ideas and energy to support continuous learning.

Team Excellence, Engagement & Professionalism

  • Contribute to a Finance team built on respect, precision, and accountability, where collaboration and professionalism are the foundation of success.
  • Exhibit consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic; be recognized as someone others can depend on.
  • Support your peers, share knowledge, and uphold a high-performance culture grounded in engagement, mutual respect, and results.
  • Understand that excellence is both individual and collective; every team member plays a critical role in achieving it.

About You

You are meticulous, organized, and take pride in delivering work that reflects the highest standards of professionalism. You value accuracy and accountability, but you also understand that success comes from collaboration and a shared commitment to improvement. You bring curiosity, discipline, and a readiness to adapt as CLV continues to evolve and modernize. You also like to laugh and have fun too.  At CLV, we believe that people who enjoy their work perform their best and that laughter, collaboration, and pride in your craft go hand in hand.
