Our mission is to empower vulnerable individuals through housing, community connection, and comprehensive support services. We are currently expanding our reach and impact — and we're looking for a dedicated Housing Coordinator to help us connect with more individuals in need.

Position Summary:

  • Collect required documentation and liaise with applicants to ensure all eligibility requirements are met
  • Coordinate with internal staff to support smooth transitions into housing for approved residents
  • Seek out and apply for available housing or support subsidies for both new and existing residents (e.g., through city programs, provincial supports, or charitable organizations)
  • Attend community meetings, case conferences, and networking events to maintain a visible presence within the local housing and social services ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and data tracking of referrals, intakes, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the internal team to help develop efficient intake procedures and identify service gaps or opportunities
  • Work with funding organizations to apply for more grants and subsidies that can fund the clients and/or operations of the facilities

Qualifications:
